INVESTMENT PRINCIPLES

Our business is structured as a proprietary limited company for asset protection and corporate earning reporting purposes. Under the corporate structure however we operate as a private agreement partnership in a true sense. We do not see the investors in a traditional manner in our business but instead as life long partners, who with, we share our success.

Our approach can be described as a combination of value based investing pioneered by the likes of Benjamin Graham and private equity opportunism while in the long run focusing only on the best quality businesses as per methodology developed by Philip Fisher & Warren Buffett. We aim to keep those factors balanced and optimised in order to maximise the opportunity for our partners in any economic climate.
